Jeju

Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak

Created through a volcanic eruption over a one-hundred thousand years ago, with a crater, six-hundred meters in diameter and ninety meters high, it is a vivid, natural wonder to behold, when affiliated with a sunrise, and the yellow rapeseed flowers swaying in the wind in spring.



Sanbanggulsa Grotto

A cave that enshrines a Buddhist statue, where monk Hye-Il resided in the 9th century AD. As water slowly trickles down the cave ceiling and walls, numerous ponds can be seen.



Seongeup Folk Village

A symbolic village of Korean traditional and historical society, it encompasses the daily lives of those who existed in the past, till the present. Preserving the architectural remnants of the past, while upholding the social systems and daily order, it gives an insight into the people of this region, and their historical and cultural heritage.



Manjanggul Cave

Considered to be one of the worlds, finest lava tunnels, is stretches for over 13 km, while the public is only allowed access to 1km. With 70cm lava stalagmites lining the tunnel, while rock formations stretch throughout, it is a topographical wonderland, of naturally formed rock features.



Hyeopjae Beach

With perfectly white sand beaches, a shoreline that stretches 9km, with cobalt colored seawater, and patches of evergreen forests scattered throughout, it is a very natural, and beautiful location.



Sangumburi Crater

A figurative reminder of the natural world, in its splendor and beauty, marred by fire and ash. The crater stretches 2km in circumference, 650 meters wide, 100 meters deep, steeped in vegetation, enthralled by its diverse flora, and the eco-system that resides in this confined area, gives insight into the cycle of nature.



Jeongbang Waterfall

The only waterfall that cascades down to the ocean in Asia. It is an amazing sight, with natural spring water, flowing into the ocean below, at the base, surrounded by jagged rocks and vegetation.



Cheonjeyeon Waterfall

As one waterfall cascades down, it entwines itself with another, and then another, consisting of three waterfalls that interconnect, at the same time, is surrounded by cliffs, ponds and caves. It illuminates the enduring strength of natural erosion and corrosion, overtime.
